1.  What does the order option "Online Ordering Through A Secure Server" mean?

Answer:  Locksets Direct orders are sent over the Internet using PGP encryption.  PGP provides protection against anyone eavesdropping on the network. Even if the information is intercepted, it is completely unreadable to the snooper. Authentication identifies the origin of the information, certainty that it is authentic, and that it has not been altered. The shopping program is designed to run on an insecure server while you gather your purchases. It will not collect any information about you while running in insecure mode. When you are ready to make your purchase, you will be transferred to a secure server and then you will be asked to provide shipping and billing information. Your private data will be encrypted before sending it back to Locksets Direct for processing.

Answer:  YES.

4.  Is shipping included?

Answer:  We service the continental U.S. market only, the freight charge is $29.95 to the continental United States. Alaska and Hawaii are not included. We can work with the freight forwarder of your choice in those areas and into the Caribbean.

5.  How competitively priced are your locksets?

Answer:  On quantities of 2 or more cases, we have not found a more competitive source over the internet!

6.  How long will it take to get my locksets?

Answer:  It varies, but 90% of all shipments are made within 7-10 working days.

7.  What about parts for existing locksets or alarm systems?

Answer.  We provide a maximum of 2 keys on any 2 keyed alike items and a maximum of 4 keys on 3 or more items keyed alike.
